Bridge write permission error on Mac

HI, I am getting a write permission error message when I try to open Bridge on my Mac.  I know bridge works as another user account on the same Mac will open Bridghe.

Are the logs that I can access which will tell me more about where the wrire permission error occurred? Any other suggestions welcome.

Mac Mini M1 running Mac OS Mojave. I have an Adobe plan so will be running the latest version of Bridge.
