Bug - Bridge 12 and 13 - adding ACR snapshot to CR2 file disables File Info->Raw Data display

I added a snapshot in ACR to a CR2 file, and now cannot display the Raw Data in the File Info dialog. Note the file size difference for the sidecars, all other XMP files are 374KB. This is identical behavior in Bridge 12 and 13. The file has a mask and the mask data appears both as crs and crss namespace data.
