Bug - Bridge 13 - Tabbed palettes handling broken

Tabbed palettes are not added to Window menu, and the popup menu for opening/closing palettes has been removed. There is no onClose event for palettes either, apparently.

I use a flag for my tabbed palettes so there are not multiple instances opened but there is no way to clear the flag or simply reopen the palette like in previous versions.
