BUG Drag and Drop to Dock function has gone missing

When trying to view a single file or folder via drag and drop to the Bridge icon the process fails. The dock is only able to show the file when an existing Bridge window is currently open.

The buggy behavior as it exists now is for Bridge to ignore the action and sit dormant untill I manually open a bridge window.

This is a signifiant hickup in my long standing workflow.
