Cache not working in Bridge

When I try to compact the cache in the latest version of Bridge it starts at 25% and does nothing, any ideas on why this is happening

Bridge version
System configuration
Can you please share what do you observe after you start compact cache. Does it stuck at 25%?

Hi Bridge Team,
The version of Bridge I am using is 13.0 and the operating system is Windows 11, the compacting cache is just stuck on 25%.
I have attached a screenshot for you.
