camera raw bearbeitung ist nicht aktiviert

weil kein berechtigtes produkt vorliegt.ich  habe  aber ein abo und alle updates, alles neu installiert ..

 

immer wieder diese fehlermeldung. diesmal seit zwei tagen. ich kann nichts arbeiten. schon alles versucht.. wer hat einen tip ?

Hi, @michaelap55228883 sorry, but I need a lot more information.

 

What is your operating system (and what release)?

What version of Bridge are you using (and what release)?

 

When you state (translated into English), "Because there is no authorized product." Are you quoting something here, or what do you mean by that statement? Are you using a free copy of Bridge? [Bridge is free to use but has limitations such as no access to Adobe Camera Raw. To have access to ACR, you need to also have Photoshop from one of the fee-based subscriptions.]
