Camera Raw (Bridge) brushes not showing

I just had an issue come up where my adjustment brushes don't do anything. Nor does the little magnifying glass icon appear to show that any changes have been made. I updated Photoshop and bridge just now as well, and still nothing.

It only seems to affect one raw file I'm working on. Other files seem to be fine.

Same issue on both Adobe Bridge 2018 and 2019.

The image does recalibrate/refresh when I attempt brush changes though, strangely. And the graduated filter takes effect on a different part of the image, starts one point way of the canvas somehow o.0

I'm at a loss.
