Camera raw editing is not enabled.

I am issue with adobe bridge V 12.3.270. All LR, PS are fully licensed till next year. followed the steps as per reopening bridge after lauching PS. still couldnt open camera raw from bridge.

 

Followed Uninstalled Photoshop/Adobe bridge from adobe creative cloud.  Any help will be highly appreciated.
