Camera Raw editing is not enabled

Since Friday 30th of September 2022 I cannot open an image in Camera Raw. I get the message "Camera Raw editing is not enabled. Camera Raw editing requires the purchase of a license for a suitable product". Does anyone have the same problem? I don't have an issue with any other of my Adobe products. I have tried to uninstall Brige and then install it again, but I have the same issue.

I did reinstall Photoshop but it did not help. I eventually got hold of Adobe support and they connected up to my computer. They spent about an hour trying different things and eventually sorted it out. They moved files, reinstalled Camera Raw, reintalled other files. I would never be able to do what they did.

Try reinstalling Photoshop. Bridge is actually a free product that doesn't require a license.

Hello, are you properly connected in the Creative Cloud application?

Which version of ACR and Bridge?

I have exactly the same problem. Was working fine and then suddenly started getting the error message last week.

Hi. Camera Raw is now working on my computer. I found another solution from a user.
I went to my Adobe Account, clicked "Login and solution" - then scrolled down to "Active session". Then I clicked "End sessions" once or twice and then restarted my computer. After that Camera Raw worked fine for me. 🙂
I hope this can help you too. My Adobe is in Danish, so I hope I got the translation right.
