Could you share the following details about the issue:

• Bridge and ACR version
• System configuration
• Bridge logs, you can find Bridge log file “BridgeLog.log” at:
  • MAC - ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/ Bridge 2024
  • WIN - %appdata%\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge 2024
