Camera Raw issue

Working in Windows and Ps and Br are up to date, however Camera Raw is grayed out in the file menu of Br and not available in Ps. Neither can I open Camera Raw directly from Adobe Creative Cloud. Any ideas what is happening? Am I missing something?

I usually do all my work in LrC and Ps, but would like to use the new super resolution capability in Camera Raw. I used it last week without a problem. But alas, no longer.

can you open camera raw preferences in Bridge?

If so what version are you seeing?

Have you tried resetting your Bridge preferences?

ACR in the cloud is only a app link that you download.

I suggest you delete PS , Bridge

reboot your machine and reinstall them.

Something got buggered up during your install.

Install Bridge first then PS second.

No luck. I've deleted Ps and Bridge, rebooted, and installed Bridge then Ps. Camera Raw still doesn't open (greyed out in the Br File menu). I repeated the process again, but after the reboot I optimized the computer, then rebooted again before reloading Br and Ps. Still no access to Camera Raw.

Any more ideas?
