Camera raw not working after update

I just did an update for Bridge to V9.1 and now I get a error "unable to use the camera raw plug in. not compatible with this version of bridge.

 

Would love your guidance

Thanks for your help. I was not opening the correct updated bridge. As soon as I did so, all was correct. Thanks again

Adobe has just released Bridge v. 10 and you updated to v 9? If so, that might be the problem.

 

What version of Photoshop are you using?

 

More specfically, Bridge, Photoshop, and ACR should be the compatible. I'm assuming/hoping that you have Adobe Creative Cloud installed on your computer, please update from that. What do you see when you look in ACC?

    just figured it out.

    close Bridge if its open.

    open the CC app.

    open Bridge from there.

    it will open the updated version.

    but then you have to re-update all your preferences yourself.
