CAMERA RAW NOT WORKING ON BRIDGE 2020

1. If you are using Bridge 10.1, could you please update to Bridge 11.0 and see if it resolved your problem.

If you still face the issue, then please provide:

1. Machine configuration, Bridge and Camera Raw version
2. What is the result when you are tying to open files in Camera Raw. If the option to open in Camera Raw is disabled, or Camera Raw is opening but the file is not or any other scenario
3. Types of assets
4. Screen recording 
5. Are you facing similar issue with earlier version of Bridge i.e. 10.1.1 or 10.0
6. Bridge logs
   1. MAC - ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/ Bridge 2021/
   2. WIN - %appdata%\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge 2021
7. Have you tried opening your files in Camera Raw with Photoshop

I updated my ACR to new version (13) and isnt working anymore.
