Can I enable monitor sized previews for low res images?

I often have folders of small jpegs that I would like to browse with the images blown up to monitor size (27" Retina iMac). Unfortunately, enabling monitor-sized previews doesn't generate zoomed in previews of these small files. Is there any way to get Bridge to behave the way I would like it to? Thanks.

    Small images won't look good blown way up. 100% is what you want.

    I'm not concerned about resolution. I review these files together with a gathered team and we would rather see the blown up images than squinting at images that take up a 1/10th of the monitor area.

    Bridge builds previews from the original image. So, no.
