Question

Can I use Bridge to select/reject short video clips ( trailcam ) + rate them for fast cull workflow?

Hi, I have trailcam that captures 100's of wildlife short video clips ( 20seconds ). I want a very fast video browser that will let me mark for reject as I browse by or even rate them on the fly. At the end I want to rating to stick so I can view with lightroom rating filter and also to delete all rejected. It currently takes me ages to view and then write down the reject file names so I can operate on them in explorer. Not slick atall.Video preview in LR is painfully slow. Can Bridge do this ?

I have basically the same question. Currently doing it in LR Classic, but as you say its slow especially with the videos being on an externnal disk.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You can apply labels, ratings in Bridge to a video similar to other files like images, documents, etc.

Please refer to the attached video to take a glimpse of the workflow.

To quickly view the preview, you can either mouse hover on the video from left to right to scrub the video or you can use the preview panel to play/pause the video.

Once you are done with the labels/ratings, you can then use filter panel to filter out the results based on different ratings/labels and other parameters.

Please let us know if that resolves the issue for you.

Thanks,

Bridge Team

Will the color labels, stars, keyoowrds added in Bridge be viewable in Lightroom Classic (version 10)?
