Question

Can't access camera raw from bridge as of today

Normally I upload my images opening in bridge and do basic editing by opening from bridge in to camera raw, today I find I can't do it.  There is an option, but it is not live, I'm on a pc so tried ctrl +R, again nothing, so I went into creative cloud, it says camera raw is one of my apps but there is no way to access it.

Anyone got any ideas?

Could you please share the following details about the issue:

  • Bridge version
  • System configuration
  • Is the camera raw opening from the File menu or icon in toolbar?

following cause I was literally doing this yesterday and now not only does it not open it but also none of my edits are showing up 😞
