Can't assign keywords using the keyword panel in Bridge

Assigning Keywords using the keywords panel in Bridge has always been a bit gimpy for me but now it doesn't work at all. If I select 8 keywords maybe two will appear at the  top of the panel as assigned keywords while only one actually shows up in the metadata panel keyword list. I'm using Bridge 9.0.2.219 x6x on a PC with Windows 10. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Hi there,

    Sorry to hear that you're not able to assign keywords using the keyword panel in Bridge,

    Could you please go to Tools > Cache and Purge cache for folder?
