Can't download new version of Bridge

For some reason I can't download and install version 11.0.1 verson of Bridge. My Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop says the update is "not compatible"   because my computer's Windows 10 version is not 1903 or later. But my computer has the latest version of windows. Plus, Photoshop, Lightroom and all my other Adobe creative cloud apps update just fine. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas?

the installer is finding something in your windows registry its not liking.

I would try updating or reinstalling your ACC app. then try to install Bridge again
