Can't drag content images in Adobe Bridge v11.0.2.123?

Using the above version of Bridge on Macbook Pro using OS Big Sur v11.2.3.
With Content Panel Open, I've selected images and tried to drag them to Output Preview but Bridge doesn't allow me to do so.

I've restarted my laptop and still cannot do this.

Ultimate goal here is to create a PDF of images.

What am I doing wrong?

I assume you are dragging the thumbnails from the filmstrip to the output preview window.

 

Works here just fine here. Try resetting your Bridge preferences.

Actually I can't have both the Filmstrip and Output tabs open at the same time to do this; I can select files in the Content tab in the Output Panel, but can't drag them to Output Preview, where I have my own template open.

If I have the Filmstrip Panel open, I can select them, but can't see the Output Panel to paste them into. See Picture 2 attachment.

 

I know it's got to be simple but it beats me on how to get this done.
