Can't export image from adobe bridge library

Hello!

I am new to using the latest version adobe bridge. I tried to export some images from a shared library (I have the editor access)  by drag and drop to the export panel. 

I have input all details and clicked start export, but it redirected to a new pop up - "export progress - 0 pending jobs"

Please let me know if there's any way to fix this.
