Can't get Bridge to open an image in Photoshop.....error shown

Hi 

I get the following message when I try to double click an image in Bridge to open in Photoshop, all updates have been installed..........can you help?

    i have the same problem.  images in Bridge used to open in Photoshop with a double click or cntrl O.  No longer.  As this has been my routing workflow for years, it is very annoying.

    Please try resetting your Bridge's preferences:

     

    Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears. Select all three options--Reset Preferences, Reset Standard Workspaces, and Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache--and then click OK.
