Can't open a folder in Bridge

Hello, in Bridge, I have a white circle with a blue downward arrow on my desktop folder. I cannot open this folder. I have already set it so that all items from subfolders are displayed. I have also reset Bridge. However, the problem persists. Is there a solution for this? Thank you very much!

I've tried but it doesn't seem to help. My version is Sonoma 14.6.1

I didn't turn on any cloud services as well (at least, I'm not aware of it).
