Can't open multiple images into an ACR filmstrip

When I try to open two or more images in Bridge to ACR, only one opens.  The other(s) will only open if I close the one that opened first as opposed to showing in the filmstrip.  Same for Drag and Drop.  Any ideas on how to fix the issue are appreciated.  Uning latest versions in Windows 10.

Hi

Your question is about Bridge, so I have moved it from the Photoshop forum.

 

To confirm: are you selecting multiple files in Adobe Bridge, then using Ctrl+R or right-click to open them in ACR (bypassing PS)?

    Hello, no one would be able to help you until you tell us please post the contents of help>system info, so that we get to know your OS, its version, the exact version of Photoshop, Bridge, Camera Raw you are running, the date of the GPU driver, etc.
