Can't Use Bridge once file transfer begins. Bridge CC 2019

Anytime I take a large group of files or a folder and paste to a different location, I am no longer able to navigate through bridge until the transfer is complete.

Also have the bug where I can no longer "cut" and paste, only copy and paste.
