cannon 5d mk2 isn't reading mac after mas os sierra was installed

hello,

ive been running bridges for the last few years with out any hassle,

after mac upgrade the camera doesn't register and neither do the updates saying fail try again later and contact customer service.

i really need the photos i done in raw up now for family pics please

Hi robw,What Bridge version are you using?We have released a new version of Adobe Bridge (CC 2017) on 02 Nov 2016. The new version build number is 7.0.0.93. This version is available to install via Adobe Creative Cloud application.Please try the new version and check for issues you have encountered. We have addressed some of the Photodownloader usability and Bridge crash issues in new version.You may need to update the Creative Cloud application and restart your computer to see the updated installer.Thanks,Deepak Gupta
