Cannot uninstall Bridge CC (64 Bit) 6.2, need the Installer

I am currently running Photoshop 19.1.9 64-bit on Windows 8.1 .

I have an old version of Bridge CC (64 Bit) 6.2 on the system that doesn't work

and won't uninstall.

I have repeatedly tried uninstalling all my Adobe apps and running the Cleaner,

but I can't get rid of it.

I would like to get the installation file so I can reinstall it. Then maybe I can get rid of it.

Adobe has gotten rid of all the download links, so I tried contacting Adobe Support,

but they can't find it, and suggested I try the Forums!
