Cant add Hash Hiphens or anything but letters and numbers to file names

I need the ability to name it how i want. give me a warning in the lower left but to not bug me. this is breaking my process flow and i need to use explorer to edit.

My day job involves supporting a product that uses a database, this is a common problem when pasting text.

I am able to use # in a filename with Bridge 2022 on both Mac and Windows, although that may not be recommended its not an illegal character. You have some other issue going on.
