CC2019 Copy / paste shortcuts not working

Since 2019 update (ver 9.0.1.216) copy / paste shortcuts are not working.

Resetting preferences does nothing.

Installing and reinstalling does nothing.

Everything worked fine in 2018

      Hi ,

      Sorry to hear that you run under this issue.However we are not able to reproduce this issue at our end . Could you please provide some more info on this issue like

      1. What is your system configuration (OS , version).

      2.Type of file format. It is happening for large number of files

      3. Size of copy paste files . Are you using local files or network files or files on some external hard drive.

      4. File copy paste is coring via Edit menu drop down.

      1. Windows 10 64bit

      2. Canon raw file '.CR2'

      3. I'm referring to copy / paste develop settings from one file to another (i.e. Alt + Ctrl + C / V)

      4. Copy / paste develop settings works via 'right click' menu
