Change Adobe Bridge App Language

I have the latest version of Adobe Bridge CC on WIN 11. And although the preferred language for apps is set to German, Bridge is displayed in English. All other apps are displayed in German. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help either. How can I change this?
