Clear Photoshop image not so clear in Bridge?

Photoshop 2015 CC  V.  2015114.r.301x64

Bridge CC    V. 6.2.0.179x64

Acrobat Pro DC  V. 2015.020.20042

Above is what I'm using.  Using Bridge, I bring a 1280x720 .bmp image into Photoshop and the photo is very clear.    No matter what view in Bridge I use (Essentials, Filmstrip, Output, etc.) the image appears to be compressed and loses fine details.  When using the output option in Bridge to create a PDF (Acrobat), this loss of detail is also present, however, when I click on the the PDF the detail pops into view but casts a tinted look to the entire image?    When using a colleagues work station, this does not happen and the image doesn't appear compressed.

From your description it sounds like you are viewing a low quality preview. If you click on the little square in the options bar (see below) you will see options for the preview quality. Set it to Always High Quality.

My preview quality setting is already set to "Always High Quality"

Additional:   It appears that my detail is only lost in areas where the color white is prominent and in over exposed area withing the image if that helps?
