CLOSE: Cannot open Bridge

Good Morning

I cannot open Bridge after continuing crashes over the past few days.

I reported and it seems RAW plus JPEG files don't work well.  Now I get this error.

The application “Adobe Bridge 2020.app” is not open anymore. 

 

I uninstalled software and re-install and still having issues.

I cannot use Adobe Bridge even thought it says it is open.  

I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks

I'm confused. I have two versions of this request, the 2nd one says "CLOSE: Canno open Bridge"

 

What do you mean by "CLOSE:..." Do you mean to say that you are closing the request?

 

If not, what is your OS (and what release)"
