cloud access for bridge

Is it possible to add labels & star ratings to a number of assets inside adobe bridge, and then access those labels and star ratings on a different computer? Or do you always need access to the hard drive where the files came from since Bridge is not cloud-based?

Legend

Labels and ratings are saved into the file or the XMP sidecar. They will be visible on another computer IF you have the same label names assigned.
