Question

Color in Bridge 13 in OSX Ventura = desaturated

We've recently upgraded our iMac to Mac Studio and Pro Display XDR.

Running all latest versions of Adobe CC, including Bridge 13.0.1.583.

For some reason, images in Bridge are displaying desaturated compared to what they look like in Camera RAW, Photoshop and OSX Preview.

I've attached a screenshot to better illustrate.

Called Adobe Tech Support.  The rep was able to see the difference, but could not solve the issue.

One thing we tried was using Bridge 12.  Strangely enough, Bridge 12 rendered the colors correctly.  As such, this seems to be specific to Bridge 13.

If anyone has any recommendations or tips, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Hi @michael_kay_ , @Scott McDermott

Thanks for reporting this issue.

We would like to resolve this & need your help.

For further investigating the same, it would be great if you can please share the below details :

1. A few sample files which clearly seem saturated with Bridge 2023 . Please send them to sharewithbr@adobe.com.

2. Thumbnail quality and preview generation settings

3. Monitor color profile

4. Color setting in Edit Menu -> Color Settings dialog

Regards,

Bridge team

I'm having the same issue with the color being desaturated in Bridge 13 on Ventura. You are not alone and it's definitly not the corect color. Bridge Version 12 looks fine for me too, although doesn't run as fast.

Any fixes out there?
