Color Settings won't synchronize throughout all applications

Dear Community, 

after manually setting InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Bridge (all up to date as of 10/9/25) to Europe Prepress 3, Adobe RGB (1998) and Coated Fogra39 (ISO 12647-2:2004) and clicking Apply in Bridge (having selected Europe Prepress 3), no synchronziation happens. After restarting all said applications, InDesign and Bridge say they are synchronized, Illustrator says they aren't, and Photoshop and Acrobat don't say anything. What am I missing here?
