how to create a manual contact sheet with script or metedate

Below info

*File name(image name)

*Date of created with time

*Modify date with time

*Image width & hight (with pices or inchs)

*Colore Mode

* job tilte for(Image Catlog )

Place image in single page in single images  with 100%

***** for exp: 10 image placed in 10 pages with Link in indesing

i use Windows and mac.
