Could not clear settings in Adobe Bridge CC 2019

When I click on the file and do "Clear settings", it will open the Camera Raw. Any help, please!

Try resetting Bridge's preferences. Click to open Bridge then immediately press ctrl/cmd-alt/opt-shift.

Do you right click to get the contextual menu?

Yes, I do so and it open the Camera Raw, even I click on "Copy settings".
