Crash on startup

Upgraded Bridge and now it wont open getting the follwowing error , "See Image"
Have unitsalled the application and reinstalled but getting the same 

any suggetsions

A number of people are seeing this error. No idea what it is though. I am unable to use Bridge 13 on my Windows 10 Pro system but its working fine on the Mac I have here.
