Crashes on Startup

Bridge opens with an Error Window - you click ok and it closes the app. I have removed the app via CC account and reinstalled - cleared cashes and preferences. Still the same. Any ideas?

We were unable to reproduce the issue on our end.
Could you please provide the following details to help us investigate further?

  • Bridge version
  • System configuration
  • Please submit the crash report using the Adobe crash reported. (Please make sure the email id is same as used here)


Can you also try launching bridge after cleaning up app data : 

  •  you can find Bridge data at folder 
    • MAC - ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/ Bridge 2025
    • WIN - %appdata%\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge 2025
  • Take a backup of this folder and delete it from above location and try relaunching

come è finita? ho un problema simile, ma su Win 11. Bridge ha funzionato sempre regolarmente, zero crash anche con l'ultima versione installata qq gg fa. Poi dopo un restart dell'app, da 24 h non cè modo per riarla aprire, comincia a ruminare e dopo qq minuto di chiude anche la finestra temporanea. Hoiìo giò aggiornato la versione e cancellato il cancellabile secondo le istruzioni copiate da sito Adobe. Ma nonostante tt cio non riparte
