Crashes when trying to search CMD+F

Bridge is crashing when trying to search, using CMD+F. i have tried restarting my Mac Pro and rebuilding preferences. this is happening in both Bridge 2024 and 2025. Running Sequoia.

Does anyone use an alternative to Bridge that they are happy with?

Would be nice if Adobe would step up and fix Bridge, the crashing and freezing is nothing new.
