Creative Cloud says my System is incompatible with Bridge

While reinstalling PS and other programs after a motherboard change I encountered an error that tells me that my system doesn't meet the compatibility requiements for Bridge.
I find this strange as I had just downloaded and installed PS.
System is an Intel i7core processor with 32GB Ram and plenty of HD space.  

I'd ask Adobe about this directly but it seems to be absolutely impossible to contact them via chat, email or phone.  I get stuck in a endless loop that takes me back to the same page every time.  A page that has NO contact info on it at all.

Which version of PS and Bridge?

It seems to have resolved itself.  It's very likely I was trying to install an incorrect version.  User error.
