Ctrl + F with focus in search criteria box

Is there any way now with the customisable shortcuts of putting the focus in the search criterea box ala bridge v12? It seems daft that everytime I want to search for a file I need to press TAB four times before typing in search term. I know it seems like a small thing but when I'm having to search for hundreds of individual files a day having to "Ctrl+F, TAB, TAB, TAB, TAB, type search criterea", rather than simply "Ctrl+F, type search critea" gets really annoying after about 30 times.

    Having the same issue. We use Bridge a lot in our workflow and this really slows us down. Would love to see this fixed.

    Thank goodness I finally found "quick search" way over there in the upper right corner.  Now of course I want a way to have a quick key to put the cursor way up there in the right hand corner for a quick search...    I am SO UPSET  of having to tab tab tab tab how many tabs is it to enter a search term in the one brought up by CTRL/F

      sooo... up to v14.4 and still not keen on making it as easy to use as v13 then...
