Ctrl L does not show orientation correctly

If I go into ACR from Bridge and flip an image vertically (or possibly rotate through 180deg) the resulting image shows correctly in Bridge, but when I do a slideshow (ctrl L) it shows as unflipped.

Hmm just tested, it works fine here.

Having just tested it. It works if I rotate through 180deg but not if I flip it vertically. 

It does this on any image as far as I can tell.

 

I am on Windows 10, with the latest version.

Hmmm. curiouser and curiouser. If I remove the cropping and then flip it it seems to work. I suspect it was just this image which was the problem.
