Where do you move custom file info panels within the 2018 Adobe Bridge file infrastructure? I have custom file panels I need to continue to use but cannot find the location. In the previous version, they were easily put into the "Custom File Info Panel" folder...

Hello, the panels needs to converted to HTML. I will post the link later, and send to to the VI headquarters too. Note that you lose the auto filling of previously entered info. I did not know that cc2018 was authorized.

    Hi Michael,

Please copy your custom panels in below location-

    Windows: C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\XMP\Metadata Extensions\<Your Custom Panel Folder>

    Mac : /Library/Application Support/Adobe/XMP/Metadata Extensions/<Your Custom Panel Folder>

Let us know if you see any issue in viewing your custom panels in the File Info dialog.

    Thanks,

    Siddharth

    Hi michaelk,

Have you tried resetting the Bridge Preferences and check if that helps? Refer: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/bridge/kb/troubleshoot-errors-freezes-bridge.html

Also, can you share the screenshot of file info window.

    Regards,

    Mohit
