Cut / Paste not working correctly

Hi all,

I have the latest version of Bridge, Windows 10. If I right click on an image or folder, (folder from the folder panel) select cut, then paste to a new location, the item is copied but not cut. If I right click in the content panel and select move the item is moved.

However, if I do the cut / paste from the content panel it works as you would expect. Why does it work in the content panel but not the folder panel?

This is completely against all application standards.
