Date format in Bridge Thumbnails

Under Preferences - Date - no format options

Some of my thumbnails showed xx/xx/xxxx and some Month/Year as July 2022

Am I missing a step somewhere?

Bridge Version 11.1.1.185

I have looked at Bridge User Guide and Google - unable to find a way to change the date format.

Now I am totally confused - I can not locate a thumbnail that shows only the Month Year now.

In View Content as Thumbnails - it would show as and example -- May 2020

Now when I go back into Bridge I have as shown in the screen shots below.

Maybe something during operations and then when closing and reopening - resets?

Everything now shows the complete date -
