Default import settings in Bridge 2020

Before the update, Bridge would use certain defaults in terms of naming the files when I imported them from my SD card (I can't remember if I set these or it just remembed what I used previously). Now I have to set the filename type I use, my "creator" ID and folder name format every time I upload. What am I missing? (I use a Mac.)

Same problem here...I have a new PC and I thought that was the issue.

Which problem do, you have "make sticky settings" or logging in issues?

The main problem is "make sticky settings" or set defaults. I'm running bridge on an iMac/Catalina & since the 2020 update, every time I import images, it defaults to the simple import dialog with "pictures/shot-date" as the destination. So EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I import, I must switch to the advanced dialog and set the path to the external drive. Why can't it just remember previous settings as it did for the previous dozen+ years OR give us something in program preferences to set the behavior? As a full time working professional who uses the program daily, this is becoming ever more infuriating as time goes by...

I am having the same problem; but also, PS, LR, and Adobe Desktop ask for me to log in each and every time I open the app.

I'm here to report the same problem.  Before a recent update, this function saved the "last used" setting for destination, etc.  Now I have to select this each time.  The application got "more dumb" which I don't believe should be a feature of an update.
