descarga de fotos con la nueva X-H2s

My Bridge version is 13.02.636, I think is the last one because actuaitation is automatic. My system is Microsoft 10. I have tried the photo downloader, I mean, I always go to "Obten foto de la camara" but there is no photos in this camara. How can browse the camara asset in Bridge?
