Disable "Photoshop thumbnail" when exporting

Make possible to disable putting "Photoshop thumbnail" to files when converting RAW's to TIFF.
Photoshop thumbnail is pointless junk metadata and some softwares like GIMP can't handle it correctly. Actually nobody needs Photoshop thumbnail and it's like junk metadata...
