Double preview

I have iMac whit Catalina and Br 2020, in preview the files are double or triple images.

Some times push F5 for up date, and working. But some times no. Help me please.

I'm not sure if F5 purges the cache. I would try purging the cache from the main menu. I've noticed the double preview happening when I batch rename, sometimes. 

I did report this issue to Adobe a while ago.
