Download from Iphone not showing all photos

When I want to download photos from my Iphone to my Macbook using Bridge photodownloader only shows a few photos on my Iphone, while there are many more.

The only way I can now do it is through airdrop which is very time consuming.

How to solve this?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about this. The first thing to try is updating Bridge to version 11.1 through the Creative Cloud app and see if that helps.
